This model has no dealer listing in Pakistan at the moment. Second-hand units appear occasionally on OLX and private Facebook groups, so prices are higher and less predictable than on the shop listings above.

The Latitude 3390 2-in-1 is the entry point into Dell's Latitude range, and it is the only model in our catalogue that converts all the way round. Two 360-degree hinges let it fold into tablet mode for reading and handwriting, into stand mode for presentations on a desk, and into tent mode for watching content on a narrow surface — all without giving up the keyboard and trackpad that make it a work machine in the first place.
Underneath the convertible chassis it is a straightforward Latitude: an 8th Gen Intel Core i5-8250U with 4 cores and 8 threads, 8GB of DDR4-2400 memory, and a 256GB SSD. That is not a specification that excites anyone, and it does not need to be. It runs Windows 11, Microsoft Office, a browser with twenty tabs open, and video calls without complaint, which is exactly what a student or an office worker needs it to do.
The 13.3-inch Full HD touch panel is the reason to buy this machine over a cheaper clamshell laptop. At 1920x1080 on a 13.3-inch diagonal it is sharp enough that text stays readable, and the anti-glare coating makes a difference in Pakistan's bright rooms in a way that glossy panels never do. The panel is dim at 220 nits, so it is a companion display rather than a one to work outdoors on.
Two SODIMM slots mean the 8GB can be doubled to 16GB for a small fee, and the drive is a standard M.2 2280 SATA or NVMe module, which is both cheap to replace and easy to find in the local market. The trade-offs are honest ones: there is no Ethernet port, no backlit keyboard, and the 42Wh three-cell battery is the smallest in the Latitude range.
Key features
- 360-degree hinge with four modes — laptop, tablet, stand, and tent — from a single machine
- 13.3-inch Full HD touch panel with anti-glare coating, sharp enough for documents and spreadsheets
- Two SODIMM slots, so the 8GB can go to 16GB later instead of being soldered at purchase
- Business-class chassis from Dell's Latitude line rather than a consumer convertible
- USB Type-C with DisplayPort output and Power Delivery, plus HDMI for external displays
- Compact 13.3-inch footprint at 1.57 kg — smaller and lighter than the Latitude 5490
Pros & cons
What we like
- The cheapest convertible laptop in our catalogue by a clear margin
- Genuine business-grade build quality at a price normally reserved for consumer machines
- Upgradeable RAM and a replaceable M.2 drive, unlike most slim convertibles of this size
- Full HD touch display is rare below Rs. 50,000 in the Pakistani market
- Compact and light at 1.57 kg — easier to carry than the 5490 and 7490
- Runs Windows 11 comfortably with 8GB of RAM and an SSD
Worth knowing
- No RJ-45 Ethernet port — you need a USB-C to Ethernet adapter for a wired desk
- No backlit keyboard, which is a real limitation for evening work
- 220-nit display is dim — fine indoors, poor in daylight
- 42Wh battery is the smallest in the Latitude range, so expect under 6 hours of real-world use
- 8th Gen Core i5 with integrated graphics is not a machine for gaming or heavy rendering
